The story behind it

The reason for chronic nutrient deficits are often increased stress, unbalanced meals, a low vegetable content in the diet and a meanwhile generally lower micronutrient content in food. The conversion of nutrition, the promotion of the microbiom as well as supplementation with micronutrients are therefore playing the main role in our practice.
