Ingredients (for 2 glasses)
- 250 ml of almond or oat milk
- 1 small beetroot (pre -cooked or raw)
- 1 small apple
- ½ tl turmeric
- ½ TL cinnamon
- 100 ml orange juice or water
- 1 measuring spoon Millivital Bio-Micro fermentation accelerator (or histaprotect) as a probiotic source
Micronutrients in the ingredients:
- Beetroot: High content of iron, folic acid and nitrates that can improve oxygen supply in the blood and reduce tiredness.
- Apple: Contains vitamin C, potassium and fiber that can stabilize the blood sugar.
