Ingredients:
- 300 g of green asparagus
- 1/2 liters of water
- 1/2 TL sea salt (without iodine)
- 2 Millivital measuring spoon of micro fermentation accelerator
- 1/2 TL mustard grains
- 1/2 tsp black peppercorns
- 1 laurel leaf
- 1 clove of garlic, peeled and slightly crushed
- 2 stems dill
Preparation:
- Boil the water and let it cool to less than 40 ° C.
- Wash, peel and cut off the asparagus.
- Put the asparagus, garlic, mustard grains, peppercorns, laurel leaf, dill and salt in the micro fermentation glass.
- Put some of the boiled and cooled water in a glass and add the micro fermentation accelerator. Stir with a wooden spoon and pour over the asparagus.
- Complicate the asparagus with the glass weight and fill the glass to the edge with the remaining boiled and cooled water.
