Ingredients: Nutriosis, lactic acid cultures: bifidobacterium longum, bifidobacterium infantis, bifidobacteri around Breve, bifidobacterium lactis, lactobacillus rhamnosus, lactobacillus gasseri.

Preparation Ex. Smoothies and juices:
- Smoothie or juice with at least 5 ingredients freshly press or buy in a micro fermentation glass.
- ½ teaspoon of oatmeal in a mortar fray and add.
- Add approx. 250 ml 1/2 teaspoons Histaprotect Micro fermentation accelerator, stir with a wooden spoon. Close the glass with the membrane insert.
- Ferment 12 hours at room temperature (min. 22 ° C). Drink directly or store in the refrigerator and consume within 2 days.
