Preparation Ex. Smoothies and juices:
1. Freshly press or buy smoothie or juice with at least 5 ingredients, add to a micro fermentation glass.
2. Contribute to ½ teaspoon of oatmeal in a mortar and add.
3. Each approx. 250 ml add a measuring spoon of micro fermentation accelerator, stir with a wooden spoon. Close the glass with the membrane insert.
4. Ferment for 12 hours at room temperature (min. 22 ° C). Drink directly or store in the refrigerator and consume within 2 days.
